“Little B’s Bakery is named after a special little girl named Brooke. Brooke was born with Down syndrome and celiac disease. She has always referred to herself as ‘B’, which inspired our name and the start of the bakery. Although Brooke enjoys all the cookies , she’ll tell you that the ginger cookies are her favourite!”
