Brooke was born with Down Syndrome and Celiac Disease. She has always referred to herself as "B" and this is the inspiration behind the name and the starting of the bakery. We specialize in high-quality, delicious gluten-free treats that never compromise on taste or safety. We use no artificial ingredients or preservatives. All products are made with natural and organic ingredients.

Just wanted to let you know how much I’m enjoying your cookies that I bought at Natures Emporium in Toronto. As a celiac I’ve missed being able to buy bakery-style cookies - yours are delicious!
